How does reordering work?+
Send your previous order or sample reference, quantities and destination. We review the confirmed specifications and recheck supply, pricing and lead time. Any proposed substitution or specification change is discussed before you approve the order.
Do I have to order a full set?+
No. Tell us which pieces you need. We can explore a box-only brief or coordinate several packaging components. Minimum quantities and customization options vary by supplier and item.
Can I add my logo?+
Tell us how you would like to use it. Logo stickers and printed cards are starting points; printing directly onto boxes depends on the supplier, material and quantity. Artwork and costs are confirmed before you commit.
What is the minimum order?+
There is no single minimum across the collection. It depends on the box, finish and customization. Share your preferred quantity and we can check suitable options.
Can I see a sample first?+
Sample options, costs and shipping can be checked for your chosen packaging. Production follows the sample or artwork approval agreed for your project.
Do you make the packaging yourselves?+
We source through independent factories and suppliers. The sourcing service, contracting seller and payment arrangement are clearly agreed for each project.
How much will shipping cost?+
Shipping depends on the destination, packed dimensions, weight and service. Your project quote should clarify freight and any applicable duties or taxes before an order is agreed.
